Biography.
Raymond Villanueva Vasco (he/him) is a 2nd-generation Filipino-American actor, as well as a playwright & screenwriter, hailing from the idyllic suburbs of Irvine, California (and his childhood summer home of Manila, Philippines).
He graduated from Boston University with a BFA in Acting. It was there that he also began pursuing and honing his passion for playwriting and screenwriting. His most recent performance credits include thrilling new works such as The Corruption of Morgana Pendragon (Arthur) and Patterns of Wind (Legacy).
He is currently based in the Greater Los Angeles area.
Through his artistic work, Raymond strives to cultivate newfound spaces for those often unseen, deconstruct the nuances & legacies of Asian-diasporic identity, and ultimately understand what we as human beings value most in life when there is only such an ephemeral time to experience it.
When Raymond is not creating art, he enjoys spending his time roaming around the world, hitting the gym in the early hours of the morning, gaming at the latest hours of the night, indulging in way too much overpriced Korean BBQ, and daydreaming about living in one of his many favorite slice-of-life anime shows.

I’m like a very neutral good.
